Job Description

Job Summary:

The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing strong relationships with travel agents and other channel partners to drive sales of travel products, including airline tickets, holiday packages, hotel bookings, and visa services. This role requires proactive business development, strong negotiation skills, and in-depth industry knowledge to achieve sales targets and expand the companys market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify and onboard new travel agents and channel partners.

Conduct regular sales visits and presentations to promote company products and services.

Develop targeted sales strategies for assigned regions or client segments.

2. Relationship Management

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing B2B partners.

Ensure timely resolution of partner queries, complaints, and requests.

Provide regular product updates and promotional offers to partners.

3. Sales Targets & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for all travel verticals (air tickets, holidays, hotels, visas).

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Gather market insights on pricing, promotions, and new product trends.

Maintain updated client records in CRM/Salesforce.

Submit regular sales reports to the management team.

5. Coordination & Support

Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and visa teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Assist in developing promotional campaigns for the B2B segment.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of the travel industry, particularly B2B sales.

Good network of travel agents and corporate travel buyers (preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.

1-2 years of proven B2B sales experience in the travel & tourism industry.

Experience in selling airline tickets, holiday packages, hotels, and visa services is preferred.

- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
