Job Description

- Lead and Empower:Manage a high-performing team of planning analysts, fostering their growth through mentorship, goal setting, and career development.
- Strategic Analytics:Develop and execute impactful analytics dashboards and applications, providing critical insights for inventory, supply, and demand planning.
- Data-Driven Decisions:Partner with planners and supply chain managers to translate business needs into robust data analytics solutions.
- Data Integrity:Ensure data quality and accessibility by collaborating with data engineering and implementing rigorous validation processes.
- Product Innovation:Contribute to the design and development of scalable analytics products, participating in design reviews and driving continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization:Identify and address performance gaps in supply chain processes, recommending and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Technological Advancement:Leverage Power BI, Python, and SQL to create interactive dashboards and reports, and explore cloud-based data platforms (Azure/Snowflake).
- SAP Expertise:Utilize your knowledge of SAP MM and BW to extract and analyze critical supply chain data.

What Youll Bring:

- Bachelor s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 6-12 yearsof experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or consulting.
- Proven proficiency inPower BI, Python, and SQL.
- Strong working knowledge ofSAP MM and BW.
- Analytical powerhouse with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- (Preferred) ASCM CSCP/CPIM certifications.
- (Preferred) Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/Snowflake) and SQL data management.
