Job Summary:

The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, set up, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
2. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, implementing strategies to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
4. Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with creative teams for ad visuals and landing pages.
5. Execute A/B testing for ads, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
6. Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivering maximum ROI.
7. Track, measure, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
8. Stay updated with Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
3. Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with other PPC platforms (Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
2. Knowledge of SEO and its integration with PPC strategies.
3. Google Ads Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
