Job Description Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant UK Payroll Experience: 36years Location: Remote Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities - Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud UK Payroll modules. - Configure UK payroll elements, Fast Formulas, rates, earnings, deductions, and statutory components. - Handle end-to-end payroll cycles: Run, Pre-payroll validation, Retro pay, Balance adjustments. - Work on Absence Management integration with UK Payroll. - Manage testing: SIT, UAT, Parallel run, Payroll reconciliation. - Analyze and resolve payroll errors, Retro mismatches, costing issues. - Work with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL for payroll-related data. - Ensure compliance with UK Payroll statutory rules (HMRC, RTI, PAYE, NIC etc.). - Interact with business users, gather requirements, prepare functional documents. - Support quarterly patch testing and payroll validations.
