Provide day -to -day support of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional , must have experience in UK/US PayrollShould have good experience in Payroll end of year processes.Responsible for configuration changes and/or enhancements to the Oracle HCM Cloud applicationLearn about Oracle HCM Cloud releases and patches and communicate changes to key individualsResponsible for testing upgrades, patches, configuration changes, impact analysis to ensure the stability of the applicationAct as an Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert by providing best -practice guidance on HCM business processesEstablish open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teamsMentor associates and foster a learning and growth environmentWork directly with customer to analyze and document problem, recommend solution, initiate corrective actions, follow up on problem resolution and inform customer of statusResponsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and proceduresAdhere to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactionsInterfaces with the customer to understand the customer's overall objectives and requirementsUpdate configuration workbooks when necessaryParticipate in internal and client knowledge transfer sessionsProactively review data and deliverables for issues and escalates as appropriateLiaise with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issuesExperience: 6 -9 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud FunctionalKey Skills:Functional or Techno Functional experience in HCM Cloud PayrollExperience in Payroll processing and Fast FormulasAbility to troubleshoot the issues raised by clientAbility to decode the functional design to resolve the issueAbility to work on enhancements by gathering requirements from the clientAbility to create or update functional design documentsAbility to create test plan and test scripts for upgrades and patches
