**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure and maintain US payroll processes, including tax calculations, deductions, and payments.
- Manage payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues.
- Work with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated on US tax laws and regulations.
- Implement and maintain payroll interfaces with other systems.
- Provide support for payroll audits and reporting.

**Required Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of US payroll laws and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll (US) module.
- Proficiency in configuring payroll processes, tax calculations, and deductions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
