Job Description Co Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Short-Form Video & Reels Editor, focused on producing engaging content for the founder's personal brand across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok. Responsibilities include editing short-form videos and reels, adding motion graphics, performing color grading, and incorporating graphics to ensure visually appealing and professional content. The editor will work closely with the founder and the creative team to align the content with the brand's voice and strategy. Qualifications - Proficient in Video Production and Video Editing techniques to create high-quality short-form content - Skilled in Video Color Grading to enhance visual storytelling - Strong expertise in Motion Graphics and Graphics design to elevate video quality - Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience preferences, especially on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, X, and TikTok - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines - Experience with content editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent - Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting - Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred but not required
