Job SummaryA key role in our organization for a Full-Stack Video Marketer specializing in short-form content, AI-driven strategies, and Meta Ads.Create engaging, impactful short-form video content optimized for performance across various platforms.Develop video marketing strategies with AI tools, produce and edit videos, optimize Meta Ads campaigns, and analyze video performance to refine future content and strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing.About the Position:Design and develop innovative short-form video content that drives real growth.Transform scripts into polished, high-performing content.Generate ideas and trends to stay culturally relevant and platform-optimized.Edit using AI tools, stock footage, motion graphics, and advanced editing techniques.Manage publishing calendars and optimize content per platform best practices.Test hooks, thumbnails, titles, and visuals to improve engagement rates.Monitor analytics to refine content and double down on what performs.Launch and support paid campaigns with performance-focused video assets.Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment with strategic messaging, offers, and campaign goals.The Ideal Candidate:Has extensive experience in creating compelling video content.Demonstrates expertise in AI-driven video marketing strategies.Is highly skilled in editing and producing videos.Has excellent project management skills.Can work effectively in a team environment.
