Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Full-Stack Video Marketer specializing in short-form content, AI-driven strategies, and Meta Ads. The role involves creating engaging, impactful short-form video content optimized for performance across various platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing video marketing strategies with AI tools, producing and editing videos, optimizing Meta Ads campaigns, and analyzing video performance to refine future content and strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying updated on emerging trends in digital marketing are also essential duties. Qualifications Proficiency in creating, editing, and producing short-form video content Experience using video editing tools, animation software, and AI-based content creation tools Knowledge of Meta Ads campaign management, digital advertising platforms, and optimization techniques Understanding of content strategy, video storytelling, audience engagement, and social media trends Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate performance data and refine marketing strategies Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams Familiarity with SEO, branded content, and performance-driven marketing strategies is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field preferred This is not a typical editor role. You’ll wear multiple hats — creator, director, growth strategist, ad manager, and content lead . You’ll take full ownership of the video production cycle and performance outcomes, using AI tools, stock assets, and modern editing platforms to generate content that delivers results — fast.
