Role Description Customer data management: To provide accurate contact details of the client for both B2B as well as B2C. For B2B (Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors and Carpenters) A) Name, contact no, Email ID, company details B) Referral data For B2C (End consumers) A) Name, contact no, email ID, company details (if applicable) B) Influencer data like architect, interior designer, contractor or carpenter C) Referral data This data will be maintained on our CRM software Client meetings and sales quotation 1. Providing a sales quotation to the client based on their requirements or selections made at the showroom. 2. Prepare for client meetings either at site or showroom or client office by capturing all necessary data and requirements received from the client. On the basis of the received information provide adequate and client intent driven samples. Sales conversions and suggestions 1. Based on the intent of the client be it B2B or B2C provide design recommendations, suggest the right product to match their intent. 2. Negotiate a win-win deal 3. Maintain the profitability as per guidelines provided by the management. Client relationship 1. Treat clients with utmost respect and maintain a cordial relationship with them. 2. Follow-up call with the client on his experience with the organisation and make necessary notes in the CRM software for internal review. 3. Maintain a formal relationship with the client with all the conversations documented either on mail or whatsapp. Qualifications - Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain client relationships - Knowledge of laminate, veneer, or decor products is a plus - Experience in the sales industry - Proven track record of achieving sales goals - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
