Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant based in Lucknow. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team by managing customer interactions, responding to inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication. Daily tasks include assisting with client accounts, tracking sales performance, maintaining organized records, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with team members to create efficient workflows and meet sales targets. Qualifications - Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues - Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales, with a focus on understanding customer needs and meeting sales goals - Outstanding Organization Skills to manage documentation, track appointments, and ensure accuracy in maintaining customer records - Previous experience in sales, customer support, or a related field is a plus - A proactive and team-oriented attitude with the ability to work in fast-paced environments - Proficiency in using basic office software and CRM systems is preferred
