Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to support daily store operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in the store.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them with product choices.
  • Maintain product displays, shelves, and overall store cleanliness.
  • Support billing and POS operations.
  • Keep track of stock levels and help with restocking.
  • Manage fitting rooms.
  • Provide basic product information to customers.
  • Assist with store promotions and daily tasks.
  • Handle customer queries and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass.
  • Experience in retail or customer service is a plus 3 years.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer assistance.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
