Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Assistant located on-site in Peraiyur Taluka. The Sales Assistant will engage with customers to provide excellent service, assist them in selecting products, and maintain a welcoming sales environment. Duties include answering customer inquiries, organizing and displaying jewelry items, processing sales transactions, and supporting the sales team in meeting targets. Maintaining product knowledge and ensuring compliance with company policies are key responsibilities. Qualifications - Able to use billing software for sales and stock maintenance-Training provided for 2 weeks - Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities to build relationships and assist customers. - Experience in Customer Service and Sales, with a focus on understanding customer needs and recommending products effectively. - Excellent Organization Skills to manage inventory, maintain displays, and ensure an efficient and pleasant shopping experience. - Attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. - Prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is an advantage. - Understanding of quality standards and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
