Data Entry and Management Accurately input and update data into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets as per company guidelines. Verify the accuracy of data entered and cross-check information to avoid errors. Maintain and organize electronic records, files, and databases for easy retrieval and reference. Manage large volumes of data entry efficiently within designated time frames. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times. 2. CorelDRAW Graphic Design Tasks Use CorelDRAW software to create, edit, and modify vector graphics, logos, layouts, and designs as requested by the marketing or design team. Prepare and format images for print or digital media, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines. Assist in creating promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, banners, and social media graphics. Collaborate with the creative team to incorporate feedback and produce final designs. Maintain a library of design templates and assets for quick access and reuse. 3. Microsoft Excel Operations Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail. Use Excel functions such as formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data validation to organize and analyze data. Generate reports, summaries, and dashboards to support decision-making processes. Assist departments with data-related queries and Excel-based tasks. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all Excel files. 4. General Computer Operation Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers. Perform routine computer maintenance tasks such as file backups and software updates. Troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues or escalate when necessary. Follow IT security protocols, including password management and software licensing. 5. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with various departments (marketing, sales, finance, administration) to understand data and design requirements. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on time. Provide support during audits or data verification exercises.
