Operations Trainee

The Operations Trainee will be part of our team, responsible for learning and operating software to manage operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Learn and operate software to manage operational tasks.
- Enter, update, and maintain shipment details and documentation in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of shipment processes.
- Monitor and update status reports of shipments.
- Perform other operational support tasks as assigned by the team lead/manager.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the logistics industry. The selected candidate will be trained on software and will support day-to-day operations related to freight forwarding and process coordination.
Requirements:- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn software tools.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
