Job Description Your role at Dynatrace Reporting to the APAC Payroll Lead, the Payroll Specialist, India will be responsible for the coordination of payroll processing operations for the India market using an outsourced payroll model with Cloudpay. Posessing strong knowledge of India Payroll and Regulations, this role works closely with the APAC Payroll team members and the broader Finance and HR teams. The right candidate for this position is a team player and is required to have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities - Day-to-day running of the assigned pay groups, ensuring payroll calendars and deadlines are met. SME of India market Payroll - Liaise with internal HR partners to collect and organize payroll data before preparing templates for submission to 3rd party providers. Ensuring a thorough understanding of data - Partner closely with the P&C team to ensure all inputs for contractual changes and any variable input are confirmed, included within agreed KPIs - Process full & final settlements, leave encashments and gratuity calculations - Supports the payroll lead with the related operations for APAC region in an outsourced environment - Provide support and handle escalations in a timely manner, managing internal and external stakeholders effectively in the process - Assist with handling queries from employees, internal partners and vendors - Ensure timely payments of statutory dues such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Gratuity and Labour Welfare Fund - Participates in Payroll year-end activities.
