Job Title Hair Transplant Counsellor Location QHT Clinic Ranipur More New Model Colony Haridwar Work Mode On-site Salary Up to 35 000 per month based on experience communication skills Department Patient Consultation Reports To Clinic Head Role Overview The Hair Transplant Counsellor will be responsible for handling patient consultations understanding their hair-related concerns educating them about available treatments and converting inquiries into confirmed procedures The role requires strong communication presentation and follow-up skills to ensure a seamless patient experience Key Responsibilities Conduct in-clinic consultations with walk-in and appointment-based patients Understand patient needs expectations and medical background before recommending procedures Explain hair transplant techniques pre- and post-procedure care and pricing options in a clear and confident manner Maintain follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversions Coordinate with the medical and CRM teams for scheduling and case preparation Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM regularly Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets Ensure every patient interaction reflects trust empathy and professionalism Skills Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills English and Hindi Confident in patient handling and consultation discussions Good understanding of hair transplant and cosmetic procedures training will be provided Sales and conversion-focused mindset Strong follow-up and reporting ability Basic computer proficiency MS Office CRM tools Qualifications Experience Graduate in any stream Science Healthcare background preferred 1-3 years of experience in patient counselling cosmetic clinic sales or healthcare service advisory roles Prior experience in a dermatology cosmetology or hair clinic will be an advantage Work Details Location Ranipur More New Model Colony Haridwar Work Days 6 days a week Timings 09 30 AM - 06 30 PM Salary Up to 35 000 per month Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 832 89 - 35 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Haridwar Uttarakhand Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s How many years of experience you do have in counselling Your Current and expected salary in-hand monthly Notice period Work Location In person
