Position: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Andheri , Maharashtra Mumbai
Reports to: Sales Manager / Director
Job Summary:
The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for assisting the sales team with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination with clients, preparing sales documents, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and agreements.
- Maintain and update customer databases, CRM, and sales records.
- Coordinate with clients for order follow-ups, queries, and support requirements.
- Monitor sales orders, deliveries, and payment status to ensure timely closure.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance tracking documents for management review.
- Liaise with internal departments (accounts, logistics, production, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the sales team in lead generation activities and follow-ups.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Provide administrative support to the sales department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
