- Production Supervisor Mechanical Position Title Production Supervisor - Mechanical Department Production Manufacturing Job Location Bhateri Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor to meet production schedules Ensure machines tools and equipment are operated efficiently and maintained as per standards Monitor and control process parameters to achieve desired output quality and productivity Allocate manpower effectively and ensure adherence to work instructions and SOPs Maintain strict compliance with safety health and environmental regulations Collaborate with the Quality Maintenance and Planning teams to resolve production bottlenecks Track daily production output downtime and rejection rates prepare and submit reports Train and guide shop floor operators technicians for skill enhancement and process discipline Ensure optimum utilization of raw material minimize wastage and drive cost-control initiatives Support continuous improvement programs such as 5S Kaizen Lean and TPM Key Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems machining assembly and plant equipment Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents Good leadership team management and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office Strong focus on quality productivity and process improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications Experience Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred 2-3years of experience in production supervision Hands-on experience in handling shop floor operations manpower management and process control Exposure to ISO standards and audits will be an added advantage Work Conditions Presence on the shop floor Shift working Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 33 391 02 per month Work Location In person
