Join Our Team at Pradhan Industries Position Production Supervisor - Graphite Beneficiation Plant Location Lakshmipur Bandhamandi Industry Mining Mineral Processing About Us Pradhan Industries is a leading name in the natural graphite mining and beneficiation industry in Odisha With a commitment to excellence innovation and sustainable operations we are expanding rapidly and looking for passionate professionals to join our growing team Role Overview We are urgently hiring a Production Supervisor who will play a key role in supervising and managing end-to-end operations at our graphite beneficiation plant This is a critical position that demands strong technical knowledge hands-on experience people management skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment Key Responsibilities Supervise daily operations in wet grinding flotation cells vacuum filtration drying platforms pulverizing units packaging and loading zones Ensure smooth functioning of all plant sections with minimal downtime Manage shift-wise production and manpower effectively Maintain daily production records and ensure timely reporting to Plant Head HO Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve process issues Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to beneficiation plant standards Train and guide operators helpers and supervisors under your shift Maintain strict discipline safety and cleanliness in the working area Ensure targets for production and dispatch are met as per the schedule Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in operational efficiency Required Skills Qualifications Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in a graphite or similar mineral beneficiation plant Sound knowledge of wet beneficiation processes - especially grinding flotation filtration drying pulverization Ability to manage workforce across different departments and shifts Strong sense of responsibility discipline and leadership Basic knowledge of maintenance troubleshooting and quality control Ability to prepare production and shift reports clearly and timely Willingness to work in rotational shifts and stay at site as required ITI Diploma B Tech in Mechanical Mineral Processing or related fields preferred Why Join Us Opportunity to grow with one of India s emerging leaders in the graphite industry Dynamic and respectful work environment Full-time on-site role with performance-based incentives Learning opportunities and exposure to plant expansion projects If you are passionate experienced and ready to take ownership of production operations we invite you to be a part of the Pradhan Industries family To Apply Please send your resume to info pradhanindustries com For Queries Contact us at 91-77520-56961 Subject Line Application for Production Supervisor - Your Name Pradhan Industries Turning Raw Potential into Refined Excellence Powering the Future of Graphite through Precision and Purpose Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Rayagada Orissa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Language Odia Required Shift availability Day Shift Required Night Shift Required Overnight Shift Required Work Location In person
