Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to engage with potential leads across India, guiding parents through our product offerings and maximizing customer value through effective upselling and cross-selling. You will be part of a dynamic team that drives core revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Analyze customer needs and convert them into paying clients
- Upsell advanced programs and educational products to existing users
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate records and daily metrics
- Deliver excellent customer support and resolve issues collaboratively
- Share user insights with product and marketing teams
- Build in-depth knowledge of our programs and pedagogy

Requirements:

- 13 years in B2C telesales or customer-facing roles (EdTech preferred)
- Fluent in English & Hindi; excellent communication skills
- CRM proficiency and strong consultative selling approach
- Comfortable with a 6-day work week (10 AM 7 PM)
