The Role We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Administrative & Hospitality Executive (Trainee) who will take ownership of day-to-day administration and hospitality operations at office or home environments. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things in order, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing a high standard of service. You will be responsible for making sure the premises run efficiently, professionally, and seamlessly every single day. Key Responsibilities - Maintain overall cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all rooms and common areas. - Ensure daily housekeeping activities are completed on time and as per standards. - Check furniture, fixtures, and equipment regularly and report maintenance needs. - Manage tea/coffee service, snacks, meals, and guest refreshments. - Coordinate with pantry staff, caterers, and vendors, and keep pantry supplies stocked. - Supervise housekeeping staff, helpers, and drivers with daily task allocation. - Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and overall performance. - Handle inventory, procurement, vendor follow-ups, and basic admin documentation. - Manage couriers, deliveries, and routine office/home logistics. - Welcome guests and support senior management with hospitality requirements. - Prepare meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and assist during small events. - Conduct regular facility checks, address issues promptly, and ensure smooth daily operations. - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times Skills and Knowledge - Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. - High attention to detail, discipline, and ownership mindset. - Ability to handle staff, multiple tasks, and fast-paced environments. - Professional grooming and a service-oriented approach.
