Job Description

At our Telecom Grade FRP & ARP Rods&apos business, we manufacture Fibre Reinforced Plastic Rods and Aramid Reinforced Rods for optical fibre cables, using the latest UV lights Curing Pultrusion Technology, Thermal Process Technology, and fully automated production lines, in Silvassa with 2 million km per annum production capacity and an opportunity to increase our capacity many folds in next two years.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual contributor for Office Manager position. The roles & responsibilities involve:

- Managing and handling calendar for Runaya Senior Management Team.
- Coordinating with stakeholders for arranging meetings and calls for Runaya Senior Management.
- Office management - looking after and managing aspects of property administration like take charge of all ownership and statutory documents, all statutory payments like property tax, electricity, water, others statutory payments.
- Managing outstation & vehicle arrangements, end to end coordination with travel desk for Ticket and hotel bookings.
- Monitoring of all maintenance, replacements, procurement and housekeeping at office.
- Preparing and maintain budgets/ approvals
- Invoice / bill processing with proper approvals and in timely manner
- Handling meetings, external guests and employees at office.
- Procurement of office related materials, stationery, laptop, etc.
- Petty cash management
- Managing the front office for Runaya.

The Successful Candidate:

- Any graduate with at least 4-5 years of experience (preferably in hospitality, hotel, airlines industry)
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking
