This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 5-12 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: NCR JobType: full-time In this role, you will own the end-to-end partnerships journey—from prospecting and onboarding to relationship management and performance tracking. You will engage potential partners across multiple channels, educate them on the product’s capabilities, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver successful co-marketing initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, a structured approach to managing pipelines, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, target-driven setup. You will play a key part in expanding the product’s partner ecosystem and strengthening revenue-generating collaborations. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Manage the full partnerships lifecycle, including outreach, onboarding, engagement, and long-term relationship management. - Identify and convert potential partners through cold outreach, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. - Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to agencies, service partners, and other ecosystem players. - Maintain a structured partner pipeline in CRM and track key performance metrics. - Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, sales, and product—to develop co-marketing campaigns and partner enablement programs. - Build strong, revenue-focused partnerships that contribute to business growth. - Ensure partners remain informed, engaged, and aligned with product updates and opportunities. What Makes You a Great Fit - 2–4 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Channel Sales, ideally within SaaS, MarTech, or E-commerce. - Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building capabilities. - Hands-on experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. - Comfort with cold outreach, pitching, and presenting tech products to diverse audiences. - A self-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, target-oriented environment. - Passion for building meaningful partnerships that deliver mutual business value.
