About the Role:

We are looking for an Retail Sales executive for grocery store operations in Bangalore, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering world-class customer experiences.

Retail Executive – Job Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day retail store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure timely product displays and merchandising
- Support visual merchandising standards to align with brand identity and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with purchasing, marketing, and operations teams to optimize in-store performance and product movement
- Coordinate in-store promotions, sampling, and engagement activities to boost customer interaction and conversions
- Ensure store hygiene, safety standards, and compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines
- Act as the key point of contact for resolving customer concerns and operational issues
