Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for aSales Managerlocated in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing reports, and managing the performance of the sales team. The Sales Manager will also collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute growth-oriented campaigns. Qualifications - Proven experience in sales management, with strong skills in lead generation, relationship building, and target achievement - Experience in market research and identifying new business opportunities - Proficiency in preparing detailed sales reports and leading sales meetings - Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities - Ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively - Experience in the construction industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
