Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance services

- Monitor the performance of vendors and service staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and SLAs

- Conduct regular inspections and facility audits to maintain hygiene, safety, and upkeep of infrastructure

- Oversee AMC schedules, equipment servicing, and timely resolution of facility-related issues

- Support in managing transport coordination, seating arrangements, and office supplies

- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations, including fire drills, first-aid kits, and access controls

- Handle administrative documentation such as vendor bills, daily reports, and incident logs

- Escalate any unresolved facility issues to the Facility Manager promptly
