Role Overview:

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid media campaigns, scale growth, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch & optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.

- Manage budgets and ensure strong ROAS, CTR, and CAC performance.

- Provide creative direction and collaborate with design/content teams.

- Analyze data, deliver reports, and recommend actionable strategies.

- Experiment with funnels, landing pages, and A/B testing for CRO.

Requirements:

- 13 years experience in performance/digital marketing (preferably D2C).

- Proven track record of managing high ad spends.

- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO & Analytics.

- Strong analytical, communication & collaboration skills.
