Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the company by welcoming and assisting visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Efficiently manage phone lines, emails, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless communication experience.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the front desk, including appointment scheduling, office supply management, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate office meetings, conference room bookings, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Uphold the highest standards of organization, maintaining an immaculate and welcoming front office environment.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments, ensuring the seamless flow of information across the organization.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Impeccable organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is ideal. A background in hospitality will be considered an added advantage.
- Well-groomed and able to maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to multi-task with grace, managing high-pressure situations while maintaining a calm and composed approach.
- A professional appearance that reflects the standards of our organization.
