Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced VP / GM Sales (B2B) to lead our India operations for a global MNC specializing in Earth Lighting Protection Systems. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and building strong B2B client relationships across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales of earth lighting protection systems across India.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to establish a strong foothold in the Indian market.
- Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with global leadership to align India operations with company goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.

Required Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 15 years of B2B sales experience.
- Must have proven experience in selling earth lighting protection systems.
- Strong network and relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and establish market presence for a global company new to India.
