Job Description Summary Position Summary Strategy & Transactions Infrastructure & Real Estate Tririga -Consultant Join our team of Strategy & Transactions professionals to help guide Deloitte client service teams through some of the critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team helps deliver integrated support covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, M&A, and sustainability. Work alongside teams every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and support in providing practical insights at certain stages of their journeybefore, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions. Position Summary Level: Consultant or equivalent As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you'll do: At Deloitte I&RE team, you: - Will be responsible for understanding and translating user's requirements and configuring/ customizing those in the TRIRIGA application platform - Will be responsible for hands-on configuration of the TRIRIGA solution through design, build and test phases - Will perform root cause analysis of any process issues - Will be required to understand data requirements to design, develop and implement data migrations/integrations - Will implement and deploy Real Estate Technology Solutions for Deloitte's global clients - Will assist in / lead client interviews and workshops during discovery, analysis, and demo stages - Will assist with development of project deliverables as required including - Functional requirements - As-is and to-be process flows - Current and future state technology diagrams - Functional design documents - Use cases and test cases - Test and training plans and materials etc. The Team: Deloitte's Real Estate Technology team, part of the Infrastructure & Real Estate practice, empowers organizations to modernize their real estate portfolios with leading-edge technology. Ideal candidates will have experience with emerging real estate technologies, quick learning capabilities, and a track record of delivering impactful, tech-enabled solutions in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Understanding of TRIRIGA application and platform, with hands on experience between 3-5 years - Experience designing, developing, and implementing Real Estate Technology solutions - Experience of working with Data Migration and ERP/IWMS Implementation engagements - Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and set priorities Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Experience in Application Upgrade and Platform Upgrade (optional and good to have) - Basic experience of enterprise level integrations with applications such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or JDE (optional and good to have) - Technical understanding of both software and database design, ETL, reporting and analytics Education: - Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or civil engineering preferred) or construction management - Master's degree in architecture or engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or civil engineering preferred) or construction management and MBA Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/ /Kolkata Our purpose Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
