Coding Accuracy &amp Compliance/: Using established coding principles, you will assign the proper ICD/-10/-CM codes, making sure that every code satisfies the documentation standards. Feedback &amp Education/: To guarantee that all chronic conditions are appropriately recorded, you will give clinical staff and providers helpful criticism and instruction on documentation improvement CDI best practices. Support for Audits/: You will help ensure full compliance with all payer and regulatory requirements by helping to prepare for and respond to internal and external audits.
