Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Deal Closure

- Identify and qualify prospective clients within corporate HR departments through targeted market research and outreach strategies.
- Negotiate and formalize partnerships, tailoring financial wellness solutions to address corporate needs and securing impactful collaborations.

Client Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary liaison, cultivating strong client relationships to ensure their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and continued service excellence. (Supported by common industry responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Market Insight

- Contribute to the planning and execution of client acquisition and retention strategies based on market and competitor analysis. (Aligned with typical fintech business development practices.
- Share insights that help align product offerings and client strategies with evolving market trends.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain and manage an organized sales pipeline in CRM, tracking key metrics such as lead status, conversions, and client engagement.
- Report regularly on partnership progress, sales performance, and strategic outcomes to leadership. (Common in fintech and B2B roles

Representation & Industry Presence

- Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences to elevate brand visibility and generate new partnership opportunities

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, business development, or client partnershipspreferably within fintech, HR tech, or corporate wellness sectors.
- Domain Understanding: Deep awareness of HR functions, corporate decision-making dynamics, and client needs in large organizations.
- Communication & Negotiation: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Strategic Acumen: Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and use it in strategy development.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), pipeline management, and performance analytics.
- Purpose-Driven: A genuine passion for financial wellness and enhancing employee well-being.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, often found in startups or high-growth companies.
