Job Description

Sales Intern (Learning- and Implementation-Based Internship)

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Stipend: 5,000/month (Starts after 15-day probation)

Internship Type: Continuous Learning & Implementation

Probation Period: 15 Days

About the Internship:

Were looking for an enthusiastic and quick-learning Sales Intern to join our business development team.

This is not just a cold calling roleits a learning- and implementation-based opportunity where youll gain hands-on experience in client communication, lead generation, and deal closing.

If youre someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on challenges, and wants to develop real-world sales skillsthis is for you.

Important:

Your ability to learn quickly and apply feedback will be key. If we see a lack of effort in implementing what you learn, this may lead to early termination of the internship.

What Youll Do:

- Research and identify potential leads
- Initiate conversations via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand client needs and present suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress
- Implement new sales strategies & techniques learned during training
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns

Requirements:

- Good communication skills (spoken & written)
- Eagerness to learn sales strategies
- Positive and persuasive attitude
- Ability to take feedback constructively
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory)
- Stable internet connection and personal laptop

Stipend Details:

- First 15 days: Probation
- Post-probation: 5,000/month stipend
- Certificate of Completion & Letter of Recommendation (for top performers)
