The role involves resolving customer queries, managing complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional manner. - Resolve product/service-related issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers accurately. - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up until closure. - Record customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system. - Assist in order processing, returns, refunds, and billing-related concerns (if applicable). - Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to management. - Maintain service quality standards and adhere to performance metrics like response time and resolution rate. - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
