Drynotch is India's fast-growing female-only activewear brand, built with the vision to empower women through premium, performance-driven, and stylish activewear. We focus on innovation, comfort, and designs that inspire confidence in every move.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with a focus on ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

- 12 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: 20,000 25,000 per month (fixed).
