Position Personal Secretary to Founder MD - Citrus Group Chief Visionary - Kerala Business Network KBN Location Kochi Kerala Salary 20 000 - 40 000 per month Based on experience About the Role We are looking for a proactive highly organized and committed Personal Secretary to assist our Founder Managing Director of Citrus Group and Chief Visionary of KBN This role demands professionalism confidentiality and a high level of adaptability to support diverse business activities across multiple ventures Key Responsibilities Manage the Founder s calendar appointments meetings and travel schedules Coordinate with internal teams clients partners and external stakeholders Prepare and manage correspondence reports presentations and other documents Handle phone calls emails and other communications on behalf of the Founder Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business and personal matters Assist in event planning networking programs and official engagements Accompany the Founder during business travel and ensure smooth execution of itineraries Maintain task lists follow-ups and ensure timely completion of action points Requirements Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills are welcome Experienced candidates 1-5 years in a similar role preferred Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint and digital communication tools Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam Professional appearance etiquette and a positive attitude Ability to handle pressure prioritize tasks and work independently Willingness to travel frequently company will provide accommodation and necessities during travel Compensation Freshers 20 000 per month Experienced candidates 25 000 - 40 000 per month depending on skills and experience Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Application Deadline 21 08 2025 Expected Start Date 01 09 2025
