Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React) Work Location: Bangalore Experience Level: 5+ Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer (React) to join our team in Bangalore. You will work closely with global cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality web applications. This role offers an opportunity to work on modern technologies, build scalable systems, and contribute to our evolving design systems and architecture. Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS and NodeJS. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design system concepts into high-quality, reusable components. - Build and maintain GraphQL-based APIs for efficient client-server communication. - Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure code quality and reliability. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed. - Collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones. - Continuously learn and implement new technologies and development practices. - Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desired Skills and Qualifications - BE / BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of hands-on experience as a full stack engineer working with JavaScript core technologies. - Strong experience in ReactJS, NodeJS, and modern web frameworks. - Expert-level fluency in at least one programming language. - Experience with GraphQL-based APIs. - Exposure to or experience contributing to Design Systems. - Strong knowledge of end-to-end testing frameworks and TDD methodologies. - Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. - Eagerness to learn and apply emerging technologies in production. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Willingness to work with distributed teams across multiple time zones. - Experience in the commerce vertical is a plus.
