Job Title: Full Stack Developer (React) Work Location: Bangalore Experience Level: 5+ Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer (React) to join our team in Bangalore. You will work closely with global cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality web applications. This role offers an opportunity to work on modern technologies, build scalable systems, and contribute to our evolving design systems and architecture. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS and NodeJS. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design system concepts into high-quality, reusable components. Build and maintain GraphQL-based APIs for efficient client-server communication. Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure code quality and reliability. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed. Collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones. Continuously learn and implement new technologies and development practices. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desired Skills and Qualifications BE / BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a full stack engineer working with JavaScript core technologies. Strong experience in ReactJS, NodeJS, and modern web frameworks. Expert-level fluency in at least one programming language. Experience with GraphQL-based APIs. Exposure to or experience contributing to Design Systems. Strong knowledge of end-to-end testing frameworks and TDD methodologies. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Eagerness to learn and apply emerging technologies in production. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to work with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
