Role Overview

Were seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for candidates with prior cold calling or call center experience, strong English communication skills, and a passion for engaging prospects.

Youll work closely with our Sales and Marketing team to identify opportunities, connect with potential clients, and support outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Hunting & Enrichment Research and build qualified prospect lists.
- Campaign Finalization Collaborate with sales/marketing to refine outreach campaigns.
- Cold Calling & Outreach Initiate calls and emails to engage prospects.
- Meeting Scheduling Secure qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Event Support Assist in driving footfall and engagement during events.
- Reporting Maintain outreach records and update CRM tools (any prior lead generation tool experience is a plus).

Qualifications

Must-Have:

- 23 years of experience in cold calling or call center roles.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work 5:00 PM IST 2:00 AM IST (US business hours).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a target-driven mindset.

Preferred:

- Exposure to the IT industry or B2B tech domain
- Prior experience with lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, CRM systems)
- Immediate joiners
