Designation Logistics Executive Experience 1 -3 years Shift Mode Remote 6PM to 3AM IST About Nivoda Nivoda is a young and energetic global team headquartered in London with offices in Mumbai New York Hong Kong and Amsterdam We are an extremely fast-growing B2B marketplace changing how the global jewelry industry operates We connect buyers and sellers of jewelry on our online platform and facilitate the most transparent efficient and cost-effective way to sell and buy jewelry Nivoda has a rapidly growing workforce expanding into new countries with a dynamic supportive and collaborative culture The company s sales have grown over 250 in the last 12 months and the team has grown from 30 to almost 450 internationally We are a global team of big thinkers risk takers and hard workers What you ll do Key Responsibilities Shipment Tracking Coordination Monitor and track daily international and local shipments across Europe and the US Ensure timely and accurate delivery updates to relevant stakeholders Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with logistics partners and warehouses Customs Documentation Handle and resolve customs-related issues for import export shipments Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements Liaise with customs brokers and freight forwarders when required Vendor Management Coordinate daily with logistics service providers such as FedEx DHL UPS and others Build and maintain strong relationships with courier partners to ensure service quality Track service provider performance and flag delays or service issues Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Europe and US office teams to manage incoming supplier shipments Align with internal teams Operations Customer Support etc for shipping needs and exceptions handling Assist in preparing reports and data related to shipments and logistics performance What you ll need 1-2 years of experience in logistics or operations preferably in an international shipping environment Working knowledge of courier platforms FedEx DHL UPS and international shipping procedures Strong problem-solving skills especially for customs clearance and shipping delays Excellent communication skills with fluency in English written spoken Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and shipment tracking tools Preferred Familiarity with customs clearance processes in the EU and US Experience coordinating with global teams or remote offices Key Competencies Detail-oriented and highly organized Proactive and able to work independently under pressure Customer-first mindset with the ability to prioritize multiple shipments Strong team player with a collaborative approach What you ll get Dynamic working environment in a extremely fast-growing company Work in an international environment Ample experience to grow and learn A great company culture Unlimited Paid leaves
