Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales Associate will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying and selling properties. Day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional customer service, managing property listings, conducting property tours, and assisting with negotiations and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate principles
- Proven Sales skills and experience in real estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with real estate software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
