Job Description

Candidates from D2C, Ecommerce or FMCG industry are only applicable.

Candidate should have strong understanding ofDigital Marketing funnels, paid media KPIs, etc.

Candidate should be proficient in using tools like Shopify, Gsheets, MS Excel and GA4, etc.

Candidate should have experience in A/B testing, audience targeting, creatives, and bidding strategy optimization

About the Role:-

We are seeking aPerformance Marketing Associatewith 35 years of hands-on experience to manage and scale our performance marketing campaigns acrossMeta, Google, and other platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to take ownership of campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns acrossMeta, Google, and other performance channels.
- Monitor and manage key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and report performance regularly.
- Develop and testaudiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- ConductA/B testingacross ad formats and customer journeys to improve results.
- Stay updated withplatform updates, trends, and algorithm changesto maintain campaign efficiency.

What We're Looking For:-

- 35 years of experience inPerformance Marketing, with proven expertise inMeta AdsandGoogle Ads.
- Strong understanding ofdigital marketing funnels, attribution models, and paid media KPIs.
- Proficiency in tools likeGoogle Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with adata-driven approachto decision-making.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work collaboratively with content and design teams.
