Performance Marketing Associate
to drive our digital marketing strategy and ensure our brand remains highly visible and competitive in the online space.

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. This role also includes website optimization and SEO activities to enhance our digital presence and ensure our listings and campaigns appear prominently in search results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage
    Google, Facebook, and Instagram ad campaigns
    to drive lead generation.
  • Optimize ads regularly for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Identify target audiences and adjust campaigns to maximize impact.
  • Create compelling ad copies and visuals aligned with brand goals.
  • Monitor campaign progress and share performance updates with the team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Proven experience running and optimizing Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and website optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
