Role Overview

The
Manager – CEO Office (Strategy)
acts as an
internal consultant
, advising the CEO and other executives on
high-priority strategic initiatives
. This role bridges the
CEO's vision with daily operations and long-term planning
, ensuring alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving Strategic Initiatives:
    Oversee annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic plans; act as a bridge between CEO and leadership.
  • Market & Business Analysis:
    Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and business opportunities; provide actionable insights.
  • Executing Special Projects:
    Manage mission-critical projects (M&A, partnerships, new product development, expansion).
  • Tracking Performance:
    Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; prepare reports/dashboards for senior management.
  • Preparing High-Level Presentations:
    Develop materials for board meetings, investor briefings, and internal strategy sessions.
  • Improving Operational Efficiency:
    Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Ensuring Communication Alignment:
    Act as liaison between CEO's office and departments to ensure strategic clarity and alignment.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related field (required).
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree (preferred).

Experience

  • 3–8 years post-MBA experience or up to 10 years overall professional experience.
  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
  • Experience in high-growth / fast-paced tech startup (preferred).

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.
  • Advanced data analysis & presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal & written.
  • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • High integrity and discretion with sensitive information.
