Digital Marketing Assistant Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field - Proven experience 1-3 years in digital marketing content creation or social media management - Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in content management systems social media platforms and marketing automation tools - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Content Writing - Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms including blogs website copy email newsletters and advertisements - Develop content strategies aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets - Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistency in style tone and brand voice - Collaborate with designers marketing team members and external influencers to produce high-quality content - Social Media Post Creation - Manage and oversee social media content Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc to enhance brand visibility - Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase audience engagement and drive traffic to the app - Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities - Analyze social media insights e g traffic engagement metrics and adjust strategies as needed - Creative Creation - Design visual assets for digital marketing campaigns including images infographics and videos - Ensure all creative assets are on-brand and consistent in terms of style quality and messaging - Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into creative projects - Collaboration and Reporting - Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies - Assist in analyzing marketing data campaign results conversion rates traffic etc to help shape future marketing strategies - Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for management - Experience with PPC campaigns and Google Analytics - Knowledge of HTML CSS and web development tools - Familiarity with graphic design software e g Adobe Creative Suite Job Type Full-time Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Digital marketing 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
