Job description Junior Level Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or related field - 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing content creation or social media management - Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools - Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content - Familiarity with social media platforms Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn etc - Proficiency in MS Office and content management systems - Creative mindset with attention to detail - Assist in creating and publishing content for digital platforms including blogs social media and website - Support social media campaigns by drafting posts scheduling content and monitoring engagement - Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to contribute to content ideas - Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop marketing strategies - Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools Mid-Level Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or related field - 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing content creation or social media management - Proven track record of successful digital campaigns and content creation - Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices - Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Develop and execute content strategies that align with the company s marketing goals - Create compelling and high-quality content for various digital channels ensuring consistency in brand voice - Manage social media channels including content creation community management and customer engagement - Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and traffic - Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media Senior Level Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or related field Master s degree or additional certifications are a plus - 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on content writing and social media strategy - Proven leadership experience in managing a team or projects - Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting - Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans - Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention - Oversee content creation and social media activities ensuring alignment with brand objectives and audience needs - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and sales to execute integrated marketing campaigns - Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Digital marketing 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
