Are you a strategic leader with hands-on expertise in paid media?

We're looking for a Head of Paid Media to lead and scale our advertising efforts across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This is a leadership role for someone who can build campaigns, build teams, and build momentum — all at once.

You'll lead a performance-driven team, manage high-budget campaigns, and own our media buying strategy from top to bottom.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own the full-funnel strategy and execution for Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with a focus on ROI, CAC, LTV, and scaling profitably
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of paid media specialists and analysts
- Oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking
- Collaborate closely with the creative, data, and product teams to align messaging and funnel optimization
- Report results, insights, and forecasts to executive leadership regularly
- Stay ahead of platform changes and industry trends to keep us competitive and compliant

Who You Are

- 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience
- Proven success managing 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets across regions
- Data-obsessed with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting
- Able to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed
- Bonus: Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or international growth campaigns
