  3. Budget Management: Monitor and manage ad budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve optimal ROI.
  4. Audience Targeting: Utilize audience targeting options to reach the most relevant and high-converting audience segments.
  5. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and identify the most effective strategies.
  6. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition, to make data-driven decisions and adjustments.
  7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and communicate campaign performance and insights to the marketing team or clients.
  8. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in social media advertising platforms and algorithms.
  9. Compliance: Ensure all paid social campaigns adhere to platform policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in paid social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
  3. Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for campaign optimization.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  6. Creativity and a good understanding of social media trends and user behavior.
  7. Proficiency in using advertising analytics and reporting tools.
  8. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
