BHFL is rated AAA/Stable for long-term debt and A1+ for short-term debt by CRISIL and India Ratings. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Chennai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing loan processing and disbursement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Additional responsibilities will include customer relationship management, addressing client queries, and assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies. Qualifications - Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance - Experience in loan processing, disbursement, and customer relationship management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field - Previous experience in the housing finance sector is a plus - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
